Chefs Suzanne Tracht and Nyesha Arrington pair up for a one night only event to roast a whole duroc pig from Stone Valley Farms. The $55 per person prix-fixe dinner will feature a roasted pig-themed menu that will start off with a Summer Melon, Pork Belly Salad.
